1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (L.) No. 4544 of 2023, which was dismissed for non compliance of the directions issued vide Notice dated 8th March 2024, inter-alia, for non removal of office objections within stipulated period.

1.1) There is a delay of about 45 days in preferring present Application.

2) Learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, for condonation 1/2

dtg 17-Ia-1945-2024.doc of the said delay, the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Law Library, Room No.39, 2nd Floor, Main Building, High Court, Bombay, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted.

3) Subject to payment of aforesaid cost within stipulated period as noted above, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
