Writ Petition (L) No. 3145 of 2023 was dismissed for nonprosecution on 8 March 2024. In the Interim Application, some explanation is offered for not clearing the office objections. Although the explanation is not very satisfactory, considering the fact that the dismissal for non-prosecution would very severely prejudice the Petitioner who had entrusted the matter to legal professionals, we recall our order dated 8 March 2024 and restore this Writ Petition.
