The above Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant to carry out amendment by deleting Respondent No.3(e) from the above Appeal. Respondent Nos. 3 (e) has expired and considering that this is a formal amendment and the Applicant seeks deletion of Respondent No.3(e) JANUARY 10, 2025 Laxmi

22 ia 1985-24.doc as his heirs are already on record as Respondent No.3(a) to 3(d), we do not find any impediment in allowing the above Interim Application. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a) That the Advocate for the Appellantsbe allowed to carry out amendments as per the Schedule annexed hereto in the Appeal and other proceedings;"

The amendment to be carried out by Monday i.e. 13th January, 2025. Re-verification is dispensed with.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
