Defendant No.2, who seems to be the contesting Defendant, has not appeared in this Suit though served by the Plaintiff. Today the Court was inclined to take up the Interim Application filed by the Plaintiff but by way of indulgence, in order to give one last chance to Defendant No. 2, this Court is adjourning the matter to 22nd September, 2025. 2.

A copy of this Order will be served by the Plaintiff on Defendant No.2 by email and an Affidavit of service will be filed to that effect. Mansi Shelke
