Further, by paragraph 14 of the said Order dated 30th September, 2025, Defendants were directed to complete the whole process within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Today, the learned Counsel for the Defendants seeks an extension for a further period of four weeks from today to complete the whole process.

Accordingly, the process should be completed on or before 1st December, 2025.
