Ms.Kirtida Chandaram, learned Counsel appearing for the Executors of the deceased Dorab Seervai, has no objection if the application is allowed to be amended in terms of the draft amendment. 3.

Let the Interim Application be amended in terms of the draft amendment tendered across the bar within a period of two weeks and the amended application be served on the Respondents and an appropriate Affidavit of service be filed by the next date. 4.
