Today, Learned Counsel appears on behalf of the Petitioner points out that the Miscellaneous Petition erroneously mentioned that date of the

2 47-IA 2057-24 @ APP(L) 6201-25.doc alleged Will of the deceased to be dated 4 th April 1993 whereas the same is dated 6 th April 1993 and thus he requested that the necessary corrections be made in the Miscellaneous Petition.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent does not have any objection to this correction.

Hence the amendment to be carried out as per schedule of amendments, which was annexed to the praecipe dated 13 th February 2025 and marked as 'X' for identification.

Time to carry out amendment is extended by a period of two weeks from today.

Mr. Karekar also points out that in the prayer clause (a) of the Interim Application, the date of the Will is incorrectly reflected. Let the same be also corrected accordingly.

Time to file Affidavit in Rejoinder is extended by a period of one week from today.
