Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the succession certificate in respect of the securities belonging to Odhavji Purshottam Thakkar (the deceased) granted by an order dated 24th April, 2023.

In the application, it is averred that in the Schedule of Securities at Item 2, inadvertently, two different folio numbers and distinctive share numbers were not mentioned. It is, therefore, necessary to amend the schedule of securities in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-B) appended to the application. The proposed amendment appears to be in the nature of correcting the inadvertent omissions and 1/2

901-IA2059-2024INTP2102-22.DOC mention correct folio numbers and distinctive numbers of the shares. The other heirs of the deceased have filed affidavits giving their consent for the proposed amendment. I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

Hence, the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Necessary amendment be carried out in the Schedule of Securities in accordance with the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-B) within a period of three weeks.

(iii) Post amendment grant expedited.

(iv) Reverification dispensed with.

Application disposed.
