ORDER :

Ms. Gogri the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant / Decree Holder has referred to the Order dated 28th November, 2024 passed by this Court by which prayer for disclosure in terms of prayer Clauses (b) and (d) to the Interim Application had been granted. The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 were directed to file Disclosure Affidavits within a period of four weeks from the date of the said Order.

Ms. Gogri states that the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have failed to file Disclosure Affidavit and have not remained present in Court. Accordingly, she has sought for issuance of bailable warrant against the Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Having considered the above submissions and perusing the Order dated 28th November, 2024 as well as fact that the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have failed to comply with the said Order by filing their Disclosure Affidavit, bailable warrants are required to be issued to ensure the presence of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in this Court.

The Office is directed to issue bailable warrant to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by way of cash bail in sum of Rs.25,000/- each to be executed against them by the Superintendent of Local Police Station, returnable on 17th February, 2025. 5.

The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall file their Disclosure Affidavit by the returnable date.
