Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs seeks permission to place on record three (3) affidavits. Same are taken on record.

The matter is listed for recording compliance. It is informed by the Court Receiver that the possession of the tenements is taken by the Court Receiver and the keys are handed over to the Developer-Defendant No.1.

Learned senior counsel for Defendant No.1 submits that the Developer is ready to have a sitting with the members of the Plaintiffs Association to decide the modalities and resolve all further issues amicably. The parties accordingly request for two weeks' time to hold the first meeting. 4.
During the process of hearing certain individual persons appeared in person claiming to be the tenants in the said building. Attention of the Court is invited to an order dated 22/07/2025, which deals with the concerns expressed by the proposed Defendants. It appears that the grievance raised by these persons has been considered by this Court as can be seen in order dated 22/07/2025, wherein they are referred to as proposed defendants.

In view of the earlier orders, concerned parties are directed to hold further negotiations to decide the modalities within two weeks.
