By an order dated 2 September 2025, the Court Receiver was appointed and directed to take possession of the premises occupied by the tenants. Pursuant thereto, the Court Receiver has taken the possession and handed over the same to defendant no.1.

The applicant/defendant no.1 to make payment of any charges demanded by the office of the Court Receiver. The

Defendant no.1 states that after taking over possession, they have demolished the premises.
