Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Paramjit Singh Karir (deceased) granted by an order dated 13 February 2024.

Two bank accounts in the name of the deceased are sought to be included by way of amendment. The proposed amendment is in the nature of correction of inadvertent omission in including the bank accounts of the deceased.

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment SSP 1/2

21 ia 2088 of 2024.doc (Exhibit B) be carried out within a period of three weeks. 6.

Post amendment, grant expedited.

Interim Application stands disposed.
