Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration with Will annexed, granted by an order dated 6 December 2023.

In the application, it is averred that post grant, it was realized that FDR number at Item No.4 of Schedule I has been incorrectly mentioned. 4.

The proposed amendment appears to be in the nature of correction of clerical error in mentioning FDR Number at Item No.4 of Schedule I of the Petition. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. 5.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 6.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment SSP 1/2

23 ia 2098 of 2024.doc (Page 4) of the application be carried out within a period of three weeks. 7.

Post amendment, grant expedited.
