The present Application seeks direction for reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Applicant towards security charges and valuation charges out of sale proceeds.

On the last occasion, the Applicant was directed to submit bills to the Official Liquidator.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submits that the bills have been duly verified and prayer Clause (a) can be granted.

In the light of above, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a). The Official Liquidator is directed to reimburse the expenses incurred by the Applicant of Rs.68,11,113/- towards the security charges and of Rs.37,760/- towards the valuation charges, out of the sale proceeds.
