Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Probate to the last Will and Testament dated 27 December 2005 of Hariram Bhawandas Rohra (Deceased) granted pursuant to an order dated 28 December 2023. 3.

In the application, it is averred that post grant, it is realized that the description of the immovable property at Sr. No.1 of the Schedule of assets is required to be corrected so as to incorporate the correct distinctive share number and the description of the securities at Sr. Nos.20 and 72 is also required to be corrected so as to furnish the correct number of the securities and the folio number and share certificate number. 4.

The applicant/Petitioner has filed an additional affidavit and furnished copies of the share certificate No.129 bearing distinctive Nos.516 to 520 and SSP 1/2

17 ia 2181 of 2024.doc the attested copies of the share certificates in respect of the securities mentioned at Sr. Nos.20 and 72 of the Schedule of assets. 5.

The averments in the application are supported by the affidavit and the documents annexed to the additional affidavit. I do not find any impediment in allowing the application for amendment in the grant. 6.

The application, thus, stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (f).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks. 8.

Post amendment, grant expedited.

Interim Application stands disposed.
