Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration with the Will annexed to the property and credits of Saguna Kamalaksha Pai, granted by an order dated 30 November 2022. 3.

In the application, it is averred that in the Schedule of assets at Sr. No.17, the number of shares and Folio number have been incorrectly mentioned. The correct number of shares is 1312 and the Folio No. is 49272. Thus, this application to amend the Schedule of assets in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit C).

Having perused the averments in the application and heard the learned SSP 1/2

16 ia 2189 of 2024.doc Counsel for the Applicant, I am satisfied that the amendment is essentially in the nature of correction of clerical errors.

Thus, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

Schedule of assets be amended in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit C).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 8.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

9.

Post amendment grant expedited.

Interim Application stands disposed.
