Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Probate of the last Will and Testament of Freny Jhaveri. The Probate was granted by an order dated 5 February 2024. Post grant, it is realized that the Pension Account number at Sr. No.6 of the Schedule of Assets has been wrongly mentioned as 3096597868 instead of 3096597864.

Having perused the averments in the application and heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant, I am satisfied that the amendment is essentially in the nature of correction of clerical errors.

Thus, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). SSP 1/2

Schedule of assets be amended in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit B).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 7.
