The Interim Application is for condonation of delay of 810 days in filing affidavit of claims before the Official Liquidator. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant lodged the claim belatedly on 17-5-2024. He submits that the Applicant was not aware of the procedure and as the company has gone into liquidation, the Applicant was not in touch with her colleagues, which resulted in delay. 2.

Learned counsel for Official Liquidator fairly does not oppose the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 810 caused in filing the affidavit-of-claim is condoned.
