Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application to restore the Testamentary Petition (L) No.40760 of 2022 which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections pursuant to order dated 28th March 2024.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant would comply with the office objections/requisitions within a period of six weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned in the application and also to advance the cause of D.A.ETHAPE

21-IA-2194-2024 (OS).doc substantive justice, the order dated 28th March 2024 dismissing the Testamentary Petition (L) No.40760 of 2022 for non removal of office objections stands set aside.

Testamentary Petition (L) No.40760 of 2022 stands restored to file subject to the petitioner/applicant complying with the office objections within a period of six weeks. 6.

In the event of non-compliance of the office objections within the said period of six weeks, this order shall stand recalled and Testamentary Petition (L) No.40760 of 2022 dismissed without further reference to the Court. 7.

Application stands disposed of.
