The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 13th October 2022 passed by the Superintendent of City Survey and Land Records, Mumbai City. In the affidavit-in-reply filed by the said Authority, it has been stated that remedy of filing an appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is available.

Since a rejoinder has now been filed by the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to obtain instructions. 3.

To consider this aspect, put up for further consideration on 11th March 2025.
