In the said communication, it is mentioned by the Applicant that the Applicant has collected all the dues from the Respondents under the unsecured loan facility granted to the Respondents under the sanction letter dated 10th August 2020 and there are no dues payable under the said facility. 3.

In view thereof, Execution Application (L) No. 13244 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim Application No. 2206 of 2024 does not survive and is also disposed of.
