When the matter is called out, Ms.Nehal Deshmukh, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that after the order dated 5th August 2025, out of the total approximate outstanding of Rs.54,00,000/-, the Respondents have paid Rs.5,00,000/-. 2.

A perusal of the order dated 5th August 2025 indicates that this Court had directed the Registry to issue notice to the Respondents no.3 and 4 under Order XXI Rule 41 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ARTI VILAS KHATATE ("CPC") for oral examination and also directed the Respondents to by ARTI VILAS KHATATE Date:
