This Interim Application seeks substitution of the name of the Execution Applicant by the name of the Applicant herein viz. Mercedes Benz Financial Services India Private Limited, in view of the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by the Registrar of the Companies dated 13th October, 2022.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the Application and the said Certificate at Exhibit B, the Application is Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

2024.09.09 14:40:32 +0530 allowed in terms of the prayer Clause (a) and (b), which read thus:- NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL "a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow to delete the name of Original Decree Holder and substitute the present Applicant in place of the Original Decree Holder and further allow the Nikita Gadgil 1/2

Let the Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Application be amended within a period of two weeks and the amended copies of the same be served upon the other side within a period of two weeks thereafter and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed.

The Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
