The above Interim Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 24 days in filing the above Appeal.

We find the Affidavit of Service on record, reflects that the above Interim Application was served upon the Respondent Assessee by Email as MARCH 18, 2026 Darshan Patil

6-IA-2239-2024.doc well as by hand delivery. In fact, there is an acknowledgement of the Respondent as set out in Exhibit 'A' to the Affidavit of Service. Despite service, none have appeared on behalf of the Respondent. 3.

Having heard Mr. Mohanty, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, and for the reasons stated in the Interim Application, we hereby condone the delay.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Advocates appearing on behalf of the Appellant are directed to remove all other office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
