The above Interim Application is filed to carry out certain amendments as more particularly set out at Exh. 'C' to the Interim Application.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner fairly stated that there are several mistakes in Exh. 'C' and has, therefore, tendered a Schedule of Amendments to the Court. The Schedule which is tendered to the Court is styled as "Schedule-I". The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Ms. Chavan, the learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 fairly stated that since this is a formal amendment, the same can be allowed.

In view of the aforesaid consensus, the Petitioner is allowed to amend the above Writ Petition in terms of the Schedule handed in and which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Reverification is dispensed with.

5.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on all the Respondents immediately thereafter.

6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
