Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This is an application for amendment in the Testamentary Petition filed for Letters of Administration to the property and credits belonging to Pushpa Kashiprasad Sonthalia (deceased). During the pendency of the Petition, on 28 August 2022, the Petitioner No.1 Rajesh passed away. Now the applicant desires to prosecute the Petition. The legal representatives of Rajesh, deceased son of the deceased, who are proposed to be included are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Hence, this application. 3.

It appears that one of the Petitioners - Rajesh, the son of the deceased, has expired on 28 August 2022. The particulars of the legal representatives of SSP 1/2

24 ia 2269 of 2024.doc Rajesh who are proposed to be brought on record as heirs of the deceased Rajesh, are described in paragraph no.4 of the application. I, therefore, do not find any impediment in allowing the application. 4.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

The applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit B).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks. 7.

The Interim Application stands disposed.
