Today, this matter has been listed for Mr. Andhyarujina, learned Senior Counsel and Mr. Jagtiani, learned Senior Counsel, to respond.

However, when the matter is called out, both the learned Senior Counsel submit that in order to expedite the matter, there is a Kanchan Dhuri 2/3

without prejudice proposal to have the Interim Applications for amendment allowed in terms of the schedules, subject to all rights, contentions and objections of the Respondents including those contained in the without prejudice submissions in paragraphs 2 to 5 kept open at the hearing of the Petitions under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The said without prejudice proposal is also handed over to the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.
