This is an application for condonation of delay and for restoration of the appeal which came to be rejected for non clearance of office objections.

The delay is of 73 days and sufficient cause is shown. 4.
Accordingly, we condone the delay and restore the appeal by setting aside order dated 22 March 2024.

Mr. Subir Kumar now states that office objections would be cleared within two weeks without seeking any extension. If office objections are not cleared within 2 weeks, appeal shall be dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to this Court.
