Heard learned counsel for the applicant (original petitioner). 2.

By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition, which stood dismissed on account of conditional order dated 08.03.2024 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master in pursuance of directions given by the Division Bench of this Court. There is a delay of 124 days in filing the application for restoration. 3.

For the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored, subject to the office objections being removed within two weeks from today.
