All these proceedings relate to Commercial Arbitration Petition No.559 of 2017, which is a Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") filed by Mulund Raviraj Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. primarily in connection with redevelopment of a building for which the developer is Rupji Constructions.

Today, the cause list (in PDF form) list these matters over eight and a half pages. In order to have a comprehensive view of what each proceeding is about, the Learned Court Commissioner is requested to file a comprehensive report in a tabular form setting out what is sought in each of these proceedings filed in this matter, all of which are listed at Sr.No.8 today.

Given the efflux of time, each of the parties who have taken out an Application in these matters is requested to serve a fresh copy of the

complete proceedings on the Learned Court Commissioner within a period of one week from today and also to the Society and to the Developer, no later than February 4, 2025.

Upon a review of the documents made available to the Learned Court Commissioner, the chart as above and a report shall be prepared by him no later than February 11, 2025.

Mr. Trivedi, the Learned Court Commissioner shall share a copy of the report on each of the advocates representing parties in these proceedings. The Advocates are requested to approach the Learned Court Commissioner to take copy of the report. To enable the Court to get a sense of the matter, the Learned Court Commissioner has tendered a compilation of 82 orders passed in the matter between December 13, 2017 and July 29, 2024. The same is taken on record. 6.
