The captioned interim application seeks condonation of delay of period of 1118 days in filing of the Applicant's affidavit of proof of debt with the Official Liquidator. Mr. Hariani learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator has in fact and I must note very fairly pointed out that the delay is not of 1118 days, it would be approximately 300 days since in paragraph 3 of the interim application it is stated that the affidavit of proof of debt was filed on 9 th December 2022 and received by the office of the Office of the Official Liquidator on 12 th December 2022. However, the last date of filing was 28 th February 2022. Given this very fair stand of the Official Liquidator, the delay is condoned. If, the affidavit of proof of debt is submitted within a period of two Meera Jadhav

2/2 13-IA-2371-2025 (OS).DOC weeks from today, the same shall be accepted by the Official Liquidator. Mr. Hariani, however, clarifies that condonation of delay does not amount to acceptance of the Applicant's claim.
