Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Interim Application is preferred to bring the legal representatives of Sardar Prabhjot Singh Bhagat Chandhok, the heirs of the deceased mentioned at serial No.1 in the table at paragraph No. 9 of the Petition for grant of Probate of the Last Will and Testament of Sardar Bhagat Singh Shobha Singh Chandhok (the deceased).

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that a copy of the application has been served on the proposed legal

representatives.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to tender affidavit of service.

Affidavit of service is taken on record.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that Sardar Prabhjot Singh Chandhok had filed an affidavit giving consent for grant of Probate. The said affidavit finds place at page No.35 of the Petition. Sardar Prabhjot Singh Chandhok had passed away on 1st December 2023. A copy of his death certificate is annexed at Exhibit-A to the Interim Application. 7.

The names of the legal representatives of Sardar Prabhjot Singh Chandhok are furnished in the Schedule-I appended to the Application.

Application stands allowed.

The petitioner/applicant is permitted to amend the Petition in accordance with Schedule of Amendment (Schedule-I).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks.

11.

Re-verification dispensed with.

12.

Citation be served on the legal representatives of Sardar Prabhjot Singh Chandhok within a period of four weeks thereafter.
