This Interim Application seeks execution of the warrant of attachment with respect to moveable properties 2.

Ms. Goel, learned Counsel for the Applicant draws this Court's attention to the Bailiff's Report annexed at Exhibit-A, page No.9 and submits that the daughter of Respondent-Judgment Debtor did not permit the Bailiff to take inventory of the moveable articles and obstructed execution of the warrant.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the Bailiff's Report, this Court is of the view that the application be allowed in terms of Laxmi 1/2

69 ia 2427-24.doc prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the execution of the said Warrant of Attachment under Order XXI, Rule 43 (Attachment of Moveable Property) with police protection from concerned police station against the Respondent."

The concerned police station shall render full assistance to the Bailiff to execute the warrant and attach the moveables. 5.

The Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
