In this application, on 26th February 2025, this Court issued SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2025.04.24 14:34:33 +0530 bailable warrant against respondent No.1. The service report dated 27th March 2025, shows that when the police officials from the local police station visited address of respondent No.1, he was not found at the said address and the persons residing there claimed that they did not have any information about the respondent No.1. In this backdrop, the bailable warrant has returned unexuecuted. This Court has gathered an impression that the respondent No.1 is avoiding the process of law and therefore, there is sufficient ground made out for issuing non-bailable warrant against respondent No.1. 2.
