When the matter is called out, Ms. Deshmukh, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that the matter is today for service report of the non-bailable warrant of arrest. 2.

A perusal of the proceedings indicates that there is a service report dated 16th June 2025 with respect to the non-bailable warrant of arrest which indicates that non-bailable warrant of arrest issued against Respondent No.1 has been returned unexecuted. It is noted that the Police Officials who visited the address of the Respondent No.1 situated at 01, Chandrashekhar Marg, Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh have stated that Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

35-IA-2450-2024.doc they did not find Respondent No.1 at his home and upon making enquiry with Respondent No.1's mother, they were informed that her son Sandeep has left the house two years ago and he has never returned home and since then and he is not with them and that he is at a factory at Indore and lives there only.

Ms. Deshmukh submits that some time be granted to take instructions in view of the service report.
