On 22nd July, 2025, this Court had on a similar request made on behalf of the applicant passed the following order:- "1. Only and only as and by way of last chance to effect service of the proceedings upon the Respondent No. 1 list on 10th September, 2025.

Let service be effected by the next date, failing which, this Court will pass appropriate orders."

Today again time is being sought for the same reason. This cannot go on.
