In the afternoon session, when the matter was called out, Ms.Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that although the application has been taken out to withdraw the funds lying with the Prothonotary and Senior Master in satisfaction of the avk 1/2

508-IA-2452-2024.doc award under execution, however, she has, after the filing of this application, been informed that the Respondents and the Applicantbank are settling the matter and a payment of Rs.1,50,000/- has already been made by the Respondents to the Applicant-bank and if the amount lying with the Prothonotary and Senior Master is allowed to be withdrawn, the settlement can be concluded.

Accordingly, Ms.Gogri seeks some time to file a further affidavit updating on the further developments in the matter. At her request, list on 30th September 2024.
