3,4,5&906.IAL.9403.2025&ors.doc seeks condonation of delay in these applications. The arbitral award in each of the proceedings is dated November 1, 2023. 2.

The Petitions under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") have been filed with a delay of four days in each of these proceedings. Even if it is presumed that the award was received on the very same date as the date of the award, the Petitions have been filed within the period of time in which this Court is permitted to condone the delay.

For the reasons set out in the Applications, the delay in filing the Petitions is hereby condoned. In these circumstances, the captioned Interim Applications are hereby finally disposed of. 4.

The Registry is directed to number the Petitions and list them for consideration on July 10, 2025.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
