P.C.:- 1) This matter was kept back in the morning session as none appeared for the Applicant.

2) In the afternoon session when the matter is called out Ms. Sapna Krishnappa, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and at the outset apologises for not remaining present in the morning session. 3) Ms.Krishnappa, learned Counsel submits that this Interim Application seeks amendment to the Schedule of the Execution Application to include 5 more immovable properties to the Schedule of the Execution Application. 4) Mr. V.H. Narvekar, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No.4 and submits that he is opposing the said amendment as the 5 immovable 1/2

Ashish 23 IA-2482-2024.doc properties sought to be included in the Execution Application do not belong to the Respondent No.4 and seeks time to file reply. 5) As regards the other Respondents, Ms. Krishnappa seeks some to file an affidavit of service.

6) List on 17th September, 2025.

7) Let reply be filed by the Respondent No.4 within a period of two weeks with a copy to the other side.

8) Let service to the other Respondents be effected if not already effected within a period of three weeks.

9) Reply(ies) be filed by the others within a period of two weeks with a copy to the other side thereafter. Rejoinder(s) by the next date with a copies to the other side.
