1) Perusal of record clearly indicates that, the statement made by an Advocate Mr. Ramesh D.Soni and recorded in para No.56 of Order dated 12th / 13th December 2023 is not only erroneous, but is an incorrect statement, as Advocate Mr. Ramesh D. Soni was not appearing for the landlord or the developer.

3) In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
