When the matter is called out, Mr. Peemmohideen, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that the service of the Interim Application has been effected by publication in two newspapers on 1st December, 2025 as evidenced by affidavit of service dated 11th December, 2025 and that, therefore, this Court may allow the Interim Application and implead the three parties as Defendants as referred to in prayer Clause (a).

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions in terms of the Interim Application and also that service to the three parties sought to be impleaded has been effected, this Court is Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

14. IA 2508-25 in COMAS 46-18.doc Clause (a), which reads thus:- "Be please pass an order directing to add 1. Halani International Ltd, 2) Halani Sime Offshore (L) INC, 3) Halani Shipping Pvt. Ltd, as a defendants to the suit no. 46 of 2018 by allowing the Plaintiff to implead the present suit by adding the 1. Halani International Ltd, 2) Halani Sime Offshore (L) INC, 3) Halani Shipping Pvt. Ltd as a defendants to the present suit allowing the present Application." 3.

Let the amendments be carried out to the Plaint and the proceedings within a period of three weeks and thereafter, the amended proceedings be served on the Defendants including the newly added Defendants within a period of two weeks and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
