Pursuant to the order dated 22nd August 2025, today when the matter is called out, Ms. Shinde, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that since service could not be effected upon the Respondents by usual mode, an application for substituted service through publication has been taken out, however, the same is not on board.

Ms. Shinde submits that the same be taken on board and be allowed so that service can be effected upon the Respondents through publication.

Interim Application (L) No.35245 of 2025 is taken on board. 4.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions made in the said Application, this Court is of the view that the Interim Application (L) No. 35245 of 2025 be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :

(a) That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass an order by permitting the Plaintiff to serve the Notice by substitute service by publishing the same in the local newspaper i.e. "Free Press Journal" and "Navshakti" against all the proposed Defendants. 5.

Let service be effected by publication in Free Press Journal and Nav Shakti circulating in the area of the Respondents, within a period of four weeks and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed. 6.

List on 12th December 2025.
