Heard learned counsel for the parties. Upon perusing the averments in the Interim Application which, constitutes sufficient cause, we condone the delay recall our order dismissing this Petition for non clearance of office objections. Interim Application is disposed of.

We clarify that the interim relief is not being continued. This is because if the Petitioner obtained interim relief, the Petitioner could have been diligent and vigilant. However, this will not preclude the applicant from reapplying for interim relief if and when the objections are cleared.
