Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant in Interim Application [L] No.9738 of 2023 in Testamentary Suit No.482 of 2023 points out that in paragraphs 6 of the order dated 2 nd May, 2025, it is inadvertently mentioned as "Interim Application [L] No.9738 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (c)", whereas the same should be " Interim Application [L] No.9738 of 2023 is allowed in terms prayer clauses (c) and (d)".

The order dated 2 nd May, 2025 be corrected accordingly and corrected order be uploaded on the website.

By consent, learned Counsel for the parties are seeking extension of time for submitting the papers and proceedings pertaining to the matter before the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay.
