Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner - applicant.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 2nd May, 2018 passed in the TP/1995/2016 dismissing the petition for non-removal of the office objections. In paragraphs 4 and 5 of the application, the applicant has ascribed justifiable reasons for condonation of delay in filing the application to restore the petition.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b). 1/2

Order dated 2nd May, 2018 dismissing TP/1995/2016 stands recalled and TP/1995/2016 stands restored to file subject to the petitioner complying with the office objections/requisitions within a period of six weeks. 5.

In the event of non-removal of office objections within a period of six weeks, this order shall stand recalled and TP/1995/2016 stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
