This Application is filed to recall order dated 1 August 2024 in Interim Application (L) No.5716 of 2024. The order dated 1st August 2024 only records the contention of the Respondent - Corporation that the Interim Application for amendment should not be considered as the amendment is beyond the scope of the Petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the amendment was grated by order dated 4 April 2024. Learned counsel for the Respondent - Corporation is right in contending that order dated 4 April 2024 was an order passed in group of Petitions where general leave was granted to Vinaa Khadpe 1

23-os-IA-2556-2024.doc place on record the subsequent developments. The question whether the amendment now is sought beyond what was intended, still have to be considered. It would be considered in Interim Application (L) No.5716 of 2024, already taken out for amendment.
