Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This application is preferred for post grant amendment in the Succession Certificate in respect of the securities belonging to Ramkrishin H. Lulla (deceased), granted by an order dated 28 November 2023. 3.

The applicant avers, in the cause title of the Petition, it was incorrectly mentioned that the Petitioner is a widow of the deceased, instead of daughter in law of the deceased, and, post grant, the applicant/Petitioner has realized that the deceased was also holding securities listed in the Schedule of amendment at Nos.91 to 170. It is, therefore, necessary to amend the Petition and the grant.

By an order dated 24 September 2024, the Applicant was directed to file an additional affidavit so as to annex copies of the securities which are SSP 1/2

22 ia 2579 of 2024.doc sought to be added by way of amendment in the Schedule of securities. The applicant has filed an additional affidavit. Copies of the share certificates are annexed to the additional affidavit.

The claim of amendment in the Schedule of securities stands substantiated by the averments in the additional affidavit and the copies of the share certificates / documents annexed thereto. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 7.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit B) be carried out within a period of three weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

Post amendment, grant expedited.

9.

Interim Application stands disposed.
