Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner. 2.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Pratima Vivek Hatode (deceased) granted by an order dated 16 July 2024. In the application, it is averred that, inadvertently, the date of the death of the deceased in the Petition and consequently, in the grant, has been incorrectly mentioned as 13 September 2022 instead of 24 July 2019.

Perused the copy of the death certificate. It indicates that the deceased passed away on 24 July 2019. Amendment is in the nature of correction of an inadvertent error.

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.

Necessary amendment in the Petition in accordance with the Schedule SSP 1/2

16 ia 2583 of 2024.doc of amendment (Exhibit C) be carried out within a period of three weeks. 6.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

Post amendment, grant expedited.

Interim Application stands disposed.
