Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants. 2.

This is an application for post grant amendment in the Heirship Certificate granted pursuant to an order dated 17 March 2021. 3.

Post amendment, it is realized that, in the Schedule appended to the Petition, the Folio number of the securities of Hero Motor Corporation Ltd., at Sr. No.3, was incorrectly mentioned.

The proposed amendment appears to be in the nature of correction of an inadvertent error in mentioning the Folio Number of the securities at Sr. No.3. Hence, the amendment deserves to be allowed. 5.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 6.

Necessary amendment in the original Schedule of the Petition be carried out in accordance with the Schedule of amendment (Exhibit C) within SSP 1/2
