Ms.Reet Jain, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that except Rs.1,00,000/-, no further payments, as undertaken to this Court, have been made nor any disclosures have been made by the Respondent. Ms.Jain submits that this Court may therefore issue non-bailable warrant against the Respondent and also contempt notice be issued.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, this Court directs the Registry to issue non-bailable warrant against the Respondent, returnable on 23rd April 2026. 4.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police station for the execution of the non-bailable warrant. The Senior Police Inspector of the concerned Police station to have the said non-bailable warrant executed and secure the presence of the Respondent on the next date.

Let the Respondent remain present in the Court on the next date. 6.

List on 23rd April 2026.
